• Recreational is available to anyone 21 or older with a valid ID. You can buy most of the products on the market, except medical strength items, and are charged a 20% total tax on transactions. 

• Medical is available to anyone 18 or older with a valid ID AND a valid OMMP Card. You can buy everything on the market, including medical strength items, and do NOT have to pay the 20% sales tax.
